What we record when you book, how long we keep it, and how to have it removed.
What we hold
When you book we record your name, contact details, the services you have had, your colour notes and any allergy or patch-test notes. These notes are visible only to the stylists looking after you.
Why we hold it
To run the appointment, to let your stylist see your history and colour formula before you arrive, and to contact you if a booking has to change. We do not sell anything to anybody.
How long
Booking records are kept for six years, which is the period we are required to keep financial records. Colour and allergy notes are removed three years after your last visit.
Marketing
We email only if you have asked us to, and every email carries a one-click unsubscribe that works immediately rather than in ten days.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of everything we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address in the footer and we will reply within thirty days.
